While we cover all trek essentials, carrying ₹500-700 in cash for personal needs is advised.

Itinerary

05:45 a.m. – Meet Team Via Ferrata at Office.

06:00 a.m. – Departure from Via Ferrata Office.

Starting Point : Via Ferrata Office in Sadashiv Peth.

Pickup Points : Nalstop, Vanaj Corner, Chandni Chowk.

*IMPORTANT – Latecomers will have to join us on the way or make their own arrangements to reach the starting point.

No Arguments will be entertained for the same.

07:00 a.m. – Breakfast at Mulshi.

08:30 a.m. – Reach Starting point & start the trek after the Instructions.

12:00 Noon – Break for Lunch.

01:00 p.m. – Continue Trek to Bhira Dam / Trek back to Pimpri Village.

03:30 p.m. – Reach End Point.

04:00 p.m. – Start return Journey to Pune.

Tea Break on the Way

09:00 p.m. – Reach Back to Pune.

We may come to Pune ONE Hour Before OR After the given time.

Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Rules:

  • 15+ days before trek: 90% refund (or free reschedule)

  • 7-14 days before trek: 50% refund

  • 3-6 days before trek: 25% refund

2. Last-Day Cancellation (Strict - No Refunds):

  • <48 hours before departure: 0% refund (No exceptions – costs are locked in for transport/permits).

  • Emergency? Reschedule to next batch (with 20% fee) if slots available.

3. Weather Cancellations (Our Call):

  • If we cancel due to extreme weather (e.g., cyclone), get:
    ✅ 100% refund or
    ✅ Free transfer to next batch

4. No-Shows: Charged 100% (no reschedule).
