⚠️ Note: All our events require advance vendor payments - last-minute cancellations hurt our small team.
Thank you for understanding!

1. Standard Refunds:

  • 15+ days before event: 90% refund

  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund

  • 3-6 days before: 25% refund

2. Strict Last-Minute Rules:

  • <48 hours before: 0% refund (No exceptions -食材 and tents are pre-booked)

  • Emergency? Reschedule to next batch (20% rescheduling fee + subject to availability)

3. Weather Cancellations (Our Call):

  • If we cancel due to extreme weather (e.g., cyclones):
    ✅ 100% refund OR
    ✅ Free transfer to next available batch

4. No-Shows: 100% forfeiture (No refund/reschedule)
